I am honored and thrilled to be a part of the Immokalee Community as the Principal of Village Oaks Elementary School. I have over 33 years of experience in the field of education. Family involvement is an area we are focusing on this year. Plans are underway for a once a month Saturday event at the school. These events will include games, activities, food, and local community agencies. We are also going to have three reading carnivals throughout the year to celebrate student success in the area of reading. Students will also receive rewards and incentives for great attendance. The Village Oaks staff is a very dedicated, energetic, passionate, knowledgeable group who are going to do whatever it takes to help each child succeed. |
